Padel tournament management

Bring your next padel event together.

Organize the teams, draw and courts before players arrive. Keep results and updates connected throughout your club event.

Count teams as well as players

For a fixed doubles event, eight teams mean 16 players. A full round robin produces 28 matches; two groups of four produce 12 group matches before any finals. Choose the experience you want and check your Courtira plan’s player and division limits before registration.

Set a scoring format for the session

Courtira supports singles and doubles with one-set or best-of-three formats, short or full sets and supported match-tiebreaker options. A brief social session and a championship need different court bookings. Review the actual configuration rather than assuming all matches take the same time.

Plan advancement and court changes

Use round robin, knockout or groups followed by knockouts according to your event. Allow time for qualifying matches to finish before advancing teams. Assign courts and times and record scores so players can follow the standings and next match.

Give recurring players a Community home

Keep members, tournament announcements, rankings and trophies together. Community members join for free; the organizer chooses a plan. Use clear announcements to communicate changes, with mobile notifications subject to each member’s settings.

Can a court-time estimate account for every delay?

No. The calculator uses the match length and gaps you provide. Add check-in, rest, warmups and overruns separately, and use the generated event schedule as the operational plan.

Plan your next session

Choose a format for a one-day event, compare tournament tools and formats, or check Free, Basic and Club capacity before inviting entrants.

Courtira’s scoring options describe the app. Organizers remain responsible for their event’s rules, eligibility and officiating.
