Pickleball tournament management
More pickleball. Less organizing.
Bring a social group or club together for singles or fixed doubles. Set the format, courts and scoring in one place, then keep standings current as games finish.
Choose scoring that fits your court booking
Choose a single game to 11, 15 or 21, or best of three games to 11. Games are won by two. Longer games and best-of-three matches need more schedule buffer; decide the scoring format before announcing an end time.
Give a small group a full set of opponents
A single round robin is useful when everyone should play everyone. Eight fixed teams mean 16 individual players, 28 matches and seven matches per team. If time is tight, consider groups followed by knockouts rather than fitting a large round robin into a short session.
Keep players informed as courts change
Assign courts and scheduled times, record results and share the tournament link. Community organizers can grant participating members permission to help with their own scores or schedules. Use announcements when the whole group needs an update.
Keep the competition going between sessions
A Community Open Ladder gives members an ongoing competition with Elo ratings. Member-submitted results go to the opponent for confirmation and are accepted after 24 hours unless disputed. Review expectations with members before the first challenge.

Does the round-robin tool rotate doubles partners?
No. It plans singles players or fixed doubles teams. Keep partners together for the event, or choose a different event structure if your goal is rotating partners.
