Tennis tournament management

A clear draw for your tennis club.

From a weekend singles event to a recurring club ladder, bring the draw, court assignments and results together without maintaining separate spreadsheets.

Start with the courts and scoring window

Tennis matches vary in length. Courtira supports one-set and best-of-three options, including short sets, full sets, an 8-game pro set and supported match-tiebreaker options. Check the selected configuration before publishing player instructions.

Match the draw to the occasion

A knockout draw gives a club championship a clear path to the final. Round robin gives a small group several opponents. Groups followed by knockouts combine group play with a title race. Set qualification rules and allow rest before the next stage.

Share scheduling and score-entry responsibilities

Assign courts and times, keep results current and let participants follow advancement. Community roles let organizers share permitted tasks with admins and participating members. Decide who resolves corrections before play begins.

Create competition beyond the championship

Community Open Ladders give members a way to compete over time using Elo ratings. Members submit their own results for opponent confirmation. Disputes go to Community admins; unresolved pending scores prevent those players from entering another ladder result.

Can I plan an entire event from an average match length?

Use it for a capacity estimate, not a finish-time promise. Knockout dependencies, rest, weather and long matches can all extend the day. Keep buffer time and a clear delay policy.

Plan your next session

Plan a tennis club ladder, compare tournament tools and formats, or check Free, Basic and Club capacity before inviting entrants.

Courtira’s scoring options describe the app. Organizers remain responsible for their event’s rules, eligibility and officiating.
